Incrocio Manzoni, Kerner
This pleasant white wine is made using the grapes grown in the fantastic setting of Moro Lake, surrounded by the olive trees from which the company produces its great olive oil. The typical rock in that area is called Lombard Verrucano and it gives all its strong minerality to this wine. It thickly swirls in the glass and then gives you a soft flavour, before finishing with its delicate harshness. With its refined relaxation, it perfectly matches the territory it comes from. It pairs with intense first courses such as risottos and vegetable soups.

Incrocio Manzoni, Riesling
The idea for this wine was born in 2010 in Sellero, where a group of friends decided to cultivate some plots where vineyards were grown at the beginning of last century. The typical characteristics of mountain winemaking are maximized thanks to the cultural-productive synergy with South Tyrol. By drinking this wine, you can sample all the fragrance of the grapes, both when you smell it and when you taste it, enjoying its pleasant and delicate freshness. The sapidity is well-balanced with the residual sugar, bringing sweetness and depth. It reflects the joyful idea of some friends cultivating their passion together. It pairs with our cured meat and cheese selection and with first courses with vegetables and fish.

Through their wines, Cantina Flonno invites you to discover the celebrated rock drawings in the Camonica Valley, Italy’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. On the label of this wine, you can see one of the most interesting illustrations found on the rocks: “The Shaman Healer”. The notes you smell from the glass brings you closer to the rivers (the Moselle and the Loire), where these grapes originally come from. The sip is flavourful and with a slightly tart touch given by Riesling. The finish is sapid and classy. It may not heal your sorrows like shamans used to do, but it will help you spend a happy moment together with your beloved ones. It pairs with intense ingredients, such as mountain milk cheese.

100% Riesling Renano
Videt is a wine made with Riesling grapes grown in Cemmo, at the foot of Concarena. The history and features of this wine are those of its territory: chalky, mineral and calcareous. This grape needs more time on the vine and it is harvested in the first weeks of October. It is a white wine with a lively and bright colour. Its fresh and fruity bouquet contrasts with some mineral and dusty notes. Full of freshness, tartness and minerality, it perfectly reflects the soils where it is grown. It is great to drink when it is young, but it will reveal good surprises in some years, too. Its tartness amplifies the finish and drinkability. That’s what you call “a sip of Concarena”. It pairs with delicate first course, marinated fish or local medium aged cheese.
