70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet
The vineyards are set in an important setting with a sure visual impact for the lucky enthusiasts who can visit it. The company is one of the most historic in Camonica Valley viticulture and was born to bring the old family vineyards back to life by making wine in the 15th century cellars in the center of Piamborno. The Bordeaux blend proposed here is immediately a pleasant wine that does not want to be invasive or cloying. A young and light wine that gives sweet fruity notes mixed with pungent vegetable tips. The sip is frugal and flows hilariously giving incisive tannins mixed with pleasant acidity. The flavor, on the other hand, lengthens the sensations and recalls the drink. Dynamic and drinkable. With the classic casonsèi (Borno-style ravioli), meats with gravy, semi-aged cheeses.

Incrocio Terzi, Schiava, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco
The “Casello” is the result of a recovery vine, left to abandon for years, between Malegno and Breno. The vines are over 65 years old and the varieties originally planted have been maintained. This is how a blend of Incrocio Terzi, Pinot Noir, Schiava and Pinot Blanc is born. This last grape gives the wine its main characteristic: lightness. 12 degrees and a pleasant roundness make it a red wine delicate and not intrusive in the mouth. At first visual impact it is a bright purple red. The nose is intense and spicy with significant hints of red fruits. In the mouth it is soft, light, fresh and with a good acidity that recalls drinking. Its characteristics make it a wine that suits well to white meat or more delicate red meat. Excellent also in combination with vegetables and vegetables, but also with soups and broths.
