Valcamonica Rosso i.g.t. Impervio (Typical Geographical Indication)Cultivar delle Volte - Bignotti201813,5%75 cl70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet – The vineyards are set in an important setting with a sure visual impact for the lucky enthusiasts who can visit it. The company is one of the most historic in Camonica Valley viticulture and was born to bring the old family vineyards back to life by making wine in the 15th century cellars in the center of Piamborno. The Bordeaux blend proposed here is immediately a pleasant wine that does not want to be invasive or cloying. A young and light wine that gives sweet fruity notes mixed with pungent vegetable tips. The sip is frugal and flows hilariously giving incisive tannins mixed with pleasant acidity. The flavor, on the other hand, lengthens the sensations and recalls the drink. Dynamic and drinkable. With the classic casonsèi (Borno-style ravioli), meats with gravy, semi-aged cheeses.26,00
Valcamonica Rosso i.g.t. Assolo - (Typical Geographical Indication)Coop. A classic Merlot, with its typical colour, bouquet and mouthfeel. The skilful use of the barrel gives the wine a complex aroma and a soft and elegant sip, without hiding the firmness coming from the territory where it is grown. Full and rich, it perfectly pairs with strong risotti, boiled cured meat and local semi-aged cheese.20,00

Concarena201612,5%75 cl10% Merlot and 90% Marzemino – This is one of the few red wines from Camonica Valley with a high percentage of Marzemino grapes. Its vineyards are in Capo di Ponte near the winery of the youngest winemaker in the Valley. “Barabant” reflects this youth and freshness with its deep and lively color. Its bouquet is fruity, balsamic and slightly herbal, its sip is fluid and not overly tannic. Its fresh acidity makes it easy and quick. Joyful, light but interesting, it is great with delicate first courses, pulse soups and simple meat recipes.20,00
Valcamonica Rosso i.g.t. Camunnorum (Typical Geographical Indication)Coop. Rocche dei Vignali201615,5%75 clMerlot, Marzemino, Cabernet – Its name means “the wine of the people from Camonica Valley”. The best grapes grown by Coop. Agricola are partially withered and then the traditional vinification takes place, followed by a 15-month refining process in oak barrels. That gives this important wine more complexity and balance. Its intense purple and strong and complex bouquet strike you immediately, together with the full body and high alcohol content. The sip of this meditation wine is also full and glycerol dense. It pairs with dishes with intense flavor, braised meat and aged cheese.36,00

A full-fledged Bordeaux blend with some notes from the Petit Verdot that isn’t usually found in local vineyards and gives this wine a different touch. An intense wine, with its red fruit, leather and spicy bouquet, balanced tannin and tartness that reminds of its territory. The finish is dry and pleasant.
