Helles style beer with fine, compact and persistent foam preserves the fragrant scents of cereal. The full body, almost velvety, contains in itself the flavors of Val Brembana. The intense and persistent taste of barley matello that merges with the light hops notes and leads to a long finish of cereal. The slight bitterness helps to maintain the malty balance, but not the sweet.

Created with award-winning chef Ferran Adria, it is a barley malt and wheat beer, with scents of coriander, orange zest and liquorice. With its hazy look, typical of unfiltered beers, it is floral and fruity smelling. Creamy and soft, with lingering smooth aftertaste.
